 BATTERY CHEMICALS 

Followig are the different types of chemicals for battery plates 7 batteries available with us:-

DYNAFLOCKS/DYNELFIBRS:- We have following three types of Dyna flock

VPL PREMIUM (JAPANEES):- This is the best fiber we have with exact dimensions i.e. 3m.m. length & 40 Denier size. This Dynaflock have maximum absorption power & it forms CAPPILARY SYSTEM in the battery plates which keeps battery plates WET even if water is very less in battery or it is only at bottom of battery plates. beside this it also gives strength to the battery plates by forming bond between lead oxide, grid & itself, which again increases the shelf life of battery plates. 

VPL SUPER:- This Dynaflock have almost all properties of VPL PREMIUM fiber but, it is economical in comparison to that. 

VPL ECO:- This Dynaflock is very- economical in comparison to the all above products. It is best for M.C. Battery Plates.

BARIUM SULPHATE:- Barium sulphate in to battery plates is added as an EXPENDAR only in the Negative battery plates to prevent shrinkages of Negative plates. We have available all brands for ex. Ranbaxy, Qualichems, Glaxo etc.

CARBON BLACK POWER:- This is also added in to Negative Battery plates as an EXPENDAR. Both PHILIPS & some economical brands are also available.

LIGNIN:- We have NIPPON LIGNIN which is best in the quality & added into Negative battery plates as an EXPENDAR.

VPL SOFTNER:- This is an extraordinary chemical & is a revolution for battery plates & very usefull for preventing HARDNESS & SULPHATION in the battery plates. It is added to both plates.

VPL CMC:- This is again a very good product for Battery plates as it gives strength to Positive plates 7 prevent shedding in the plates & hence increases the life of battery plates.

VPL TEEPOL:- his is a chemical which is added in the formation of battery plates so as to ease the working of people in that area.

 VENT PLUGS 

VPL VENT PLUG'S are available in following different applications for different type of batteries.

VPL STANDARD:- This type of vent plug can be used for all types of standard batteries. Available in more then 10 colors & in 5 designs.

VPL M.C.:- These types of vent plugs are mainly used for the M.C.  batteries. Available in 10 different colors.

VPL CERAMIC:- These vent plugs are fitted with CERAMIC & prevent water evaporation from the battery cells. Available in 5 colours.

VPL INDICATOR: These types of vent plugs are best for inverter batteries, as it allows to see the water level without opening of vent plugs. As it is fitted with ceramic in its centre which again prevents the water evaporation. Available for all types of containers.
